Allen Wall Mounted 2-Bike Strorage Rack Allen Wall Mounted 2-Bike Strorage Rack

Reviews

I bought two of these to install two road bikes in my garage. Due to warnings I read here, I didn't expect to be able to store two bikes one rack. The racks do fit one bike nicely but I wouldn't recommend for storing two. The rack incredibly easy to install with just a single screw. I liked these racks so much I bought two more.

I am hanging a single bike on this rack, so I dont know about how it would be with two...but it is well constructed and an excellent value for the price. It is fairly idiot proof for mounting on your wall, and rubber coated to prevent scratches. I highly recc.

It claims to have room for two bikes and if you are VERY careful and move the handlebars into a specific configuration you can make it work, but in reality it needs to be larger for two bikes. Great for one.

I ordered this product because I needed to get two bicycles off the limited space on my garage floor. No problems with delivery and the rack itself is well made and looks good. Installation was also easy - one screw in a stud. (The screw is cheap metal and strips easy) My major problem is that the rack only holds ONE bike, not two. I know it'll hold only one 'cause I tried every concevibale angle to hang the two bikes and it just doesn't work. If you want a rack for one bike - this will do, but if you want a rack for TWO bikes - find another product.

Drilled into a wooden stud this rack holds two bikes very securely. Does exactly what we want it to do.

OnGuard 3 Piece Locking Skewers OnGuard 3 Piece Locking Skewers

This is a good concept, and it looks very slick, but I doubt it would stop a dedicated thief with time on his hands. This system is very easy to take off with the key, but very irritating to take off without the key -- which is what you want in a lock. The skewer is easier to take off than a normal bolt (when you have the key), and looks much better than a normal bolt as well. The seat lock isn't as impressive -- I'd leave it off unless people continually steal your seats.

This is a very cleverly produced lock in which three pins in the key fit into downward tapered groves in the lock, and I am very pleased to have this lock on the wheels on my bike. The directions, however, caution the user to be very careful not to over tighten the lock - and for good reason!! While a snug fit works well with the wheel skewers, a much tighter fit is needed with the seat so that it doesn't slide down. I kept tightening and trying the lock on the seat until it no longer fell down when riding. Unfortunately, this degree of tightness prevented it from being loosened for an additional adjustment. I had to grind the lock off to get it loose. So...., a good product, but not when used where a tight fit is needed. A better bet would be the two piece wheel set, also sold by OnGuard (OnGuard Wheel & Seat Locks 2 piece set Front & Rear Wheel QR Locks).

Great way to guard against component theft- which is often overlooked. Without locking skewers, any thief with an allen key can walk off with your seatpost or wheels in a few minutes. My only complaint is that they do not have the option of a headset lock. If you want to get that, my recommendation would be the "Pitlock" skewers (made in germany, more expensive). Still, a great value and a major deterrent against theft.

I was a bit hesitant to buy this due to the price, but after using them, I think it is was well worth it! It's nice not having to worry about taking your seat and/or front wheel off when you park your bike, or carrying extra cables around with you. If you think about it, the cost is well worth it if it saves you the time, money, and hassle caused by getting your front tire or seat stolen just one time. These are easy to install and the locking mechanism is pretty ingenious. I will definitely be purchasing these again for my next bike!!

This is a great product. Easy to install. Real piece of mind. Beats stringing cable through wheels and seat. Buy it!

I thought I'd try a new brand of cycle since it was less expensive than my old one and it was starting to squeak loudly. This brand of cycle was the wrong choice. The pedals kept falling off and they are incredibly difficult to screw back into the socket because the socket twirls as you try and screw the pedal into the socket. My exercise time was constantly interrupted with trying to put pedals back onto it, which was extremely frustrating. The other reviews were right that there is no way to tighten the speed of the cycle; it pedals very easily no matter how much you try to tighten the belt on it. I could have handled that part of it because I just pedal faster to get a better workout; however, the pedals falling off made me so frustrated I am just going to give this away and go back to the the brand I've used for years: Isokinetics.

Me and my Mom uses this. Its ok sometimes are feet falls off the pedal lol. But other than that it does a good little exercise on your legs and arms.

The Sunny Health & Fitness Mini Cycle is ideal for sitting on a table and working your arms. It is well built and easily moved around due to it's light weight. The computerized monitor makes it possible to set goals for your work out.

Got the machine in, and found: 1) Digital display hard to control and understand. Have to reset it a lot to get it to work. 2) The feet bolt into base, but easy to strip as it attaches to a thin metal vs a nut. other than that, it works and functions as expected.

I bought this for my pregnant wife so she didn't freeze herself walking in the winter. Love it!

Polar FT7 Heart Rate Monitor (Spring 2010) - Women's Polar FT7 Heart Rate Monitor (Spring 2010) - Women's

Reviews

Works as advertised. Best feature for me is the constant readout on cardio equipment without having to place my hands on the equipment's reader.

I am really enjoying having this heart rate monitor. It appears to be accurate -- all the time -- and is helping me to know what works for me, in terms of increasing my heart rate and burning more calories. I cannot think of any negatives to this particular model. It's great!

Before settling on the Polar FT7 Heart Rate Monitor, I did a lot of research on the various types of HRM out there. I was looking for a HRM that wouldn't just give me my heart rate, but I also wanted a bit more features, but I didn't need a lot of features that the higher numbered FT models offered. When I saw the FT7 model, I was surprised to see so little reviews or mentions of this model. I'm not sure why, maybe this is a newer model or Polar just prefers directing people to the more expensive models because I kept seeing numerous reviews for the F6 or F7, FT40, and FT60 models. After comparing various Polar HRMs, I settled for the FT7 because it had all the features that I was looking for in a HRM. Watch/HRM - Monitors heart rates. I found the monitoring to be accurate except underwater. (I'll go into detail about that a bit later.) - Counts Calories. The Calorie counter seems to be quite accurate. I have used it for walking, spinning classes, swimming, and strength training sessions and the calorie counts are reasonable. - Target heart rate graph. The graph is useful for seeing where you are and if you're within your minimum and maximum HR "fitness" ranges during a session. - Very user friendly. Even though there aren't any instructions on setting up the watch, I didn't think they were needed. I didn't even bother looking at the manual until I was done configuring the watch, but I've never been one to read manuals. However, others may find the lack of a detailed manual a bit frustrating. - Stores Training Files. Which include records of session durations, calories burned, average HR, Maximum HR, and the amount of time your workout HR was spent in the target range. - Weekly Summaries. This basically sums up the total amount of time spent training, the total calories during each session, and how many sessions during the week. - Settings are very easy to change especially if you have any weight changes and want to keep an accurate count of calories being burned. - There is also a backlight, which is quite handy if you're somewhere with minimal lighting. - I also found out that if you hold the "down arrow" button, you can change the time to a second time zone that you can set by going through the "quick menu" which is accessed by holding down the "backlight button (*)" which also leads to the "button lock" feature. If you hold down the "up arrow" button, you can change the "Watch face" to just display the time and date or the time and date and logo, which is smaller on the face, but it includes seconds and FT7 logo along the bottom. - The women's watch is black with a gold stripe down the center of the band. I found the design to be all right. It is less flashy and colorful as the other models, which is one reason I like this watch. I can wear it with my work clothes and it does not stand out much. - User changeable batteries. This was something I really wanted out of my HRM. I never liked sending something to the manufacturer for replacements even under warranty. I just don't like dealing with shipping, waiting, and extra fees. - Water Resistant. I have used this HRM in the pool and the monitoring is relatively accurate when it actually reads the transmitter. I believe the Polar website notes that in some highly chlorinated pools or seawater the transmitter will not be picked up underwater. The pool in my gym is very chlorinated and there were times when the HRM will not pick up my heart rate. But if I just sit still in the water for a minute or so the watch will pick up the signal again. Though this can get annoying if you are trying to swim laps for endurance. The watch still gives me a fair calculation of calories I have burned during my swim sessions. Though the calorie count is most likely lower since I'm not sure how long the watch is not reading my heart rate during times when I am swimming several laps nonstop. I also tried using this in a saltwater treated pool and the moment I went underwater the transmitter does not work at all. So I'm guessing that this HRM will not work if you are swimming in the ocean. Chest Strap - The Chest strap is very comfortable, and I usually don't feel it, but then again it might be because I'm used to having something strapped around my chest all day. And I have had no problems of it slipping. It is also recommended to wet the straps a little. I usually just wet my hands a bit and rub against the cloth area, and I'm good to go. - User changeable batteries. The transmitter pops off easily from the strap, and like the watch, I can change my own batteries, but unfortunately the watch and transmitter use different types of batteries. - Another perk is that most of the machines in my gym also pick up the transmitter readings, allowing me not have to keep glancing at my watch while I'm on the elliptical or cycling. Overall, I really like this watch. For the price I paid, it was worth it and it gives me all the basic things I need to monitor my workout sessions. If you want a simple watch that gives you fairly accurate heart rates, calorie burns, training records, and user changeable batteries the FT7 is a cheaper option to the FT40 and FT60 models.

I bought the FT7 HRM about two weeks ago and have been sing it for all my workouts ever since. It works. It gives me all the features I really need- such as a record of calories burnt, time spent exercising, Max and avg heart rate and time spent in fat burn vs. boosting aerobic capacity. The chest strap is comfortable, you tend to forget about the fact that you are wearing a heart rate monitor once it is on. So absolutely no complaints. The only reason I havent given this 5 stars is that the watch looks fairly unattractive, as does its screen. SO it is functional but not stylish. And I dont see why adding style to a product should be so difficult!

I looked at this heart rate monitor for a few months. My local gym was selling it for $40 more. Shipping was quick, set up was easy and it even synchs to the equipment at the gym.

I purchased this item for my 89 year old mother at the recommendation of her physical therapist. She has mild arthritis in one knee and the other knee was replaced 4 years ago. So she has limited mobility but benefits from mild exercise, which is what this machine provides. She started out at the minimum settings as recommended in the manual and has gradually increased the speed and duration. She says she has less pain after using it for over a month and that makes it a worthwhile purchase. Negatives, a longer cord on the controller would help and the digital display is not the easiest for older people to understand.

I returned this item. It did not bring my cardio vascular rate up enough to be worth the price.

This is a wonderful bike, and works well, takes up very little space and is easily stored. The only problem I have with this item is that it still slips around on the floor even with the pad that prevents slipping.

Purchased this exercise cycle to help my elderly mother increase her strength. It is very light weight she can move it from room to room. Has adjustable speed. Easy to operate. Seems to be helping.

I have M.S. and with this you have no movement in legs so they tingle and with this I get my circulation going and no more tingling. Thanks, Kimberly

Reviews

I had been looking at this sport watch for 6 months, and had read the reviews in Runners' World. I felt I had researched well, and my husband ended up purchasing this for me for Christmas. I have yet to be able to use the watch while running because it is very difficult to figure out. I have a master's degree, and use electronics frequently, so one would think I could easily figure this out. I tried several times, and my niece also worked on it for a week. No luck. I had one more person to try, and he had gotten other runners' watches working. It took him several hours, but he did get it working. I have not yet had the time to try it out, but I will say that if I still can't get it to work, it goes back. All I am interested in right now is my time, pace, and distance. Another MAJOR complaint is that the owners manual is not packaged with it! There is a quick start guide that was worthless. I did what it said and got nowhere. I spent over $200 for the watch and footpod, and then I am expected to print out the owners manual on my printer (40 pages!)? So, I hope that once I can use this watch, it works, and that I have to rewrite this review.

Topeak Road Morph G Bike Pump with Gauge Topeak Road Morph G Bike Pump with Gauge

Reviews

I've tried a few frame pumps in the past, ranging from $20 - $50 and one of them from Topeak too. The magic of this pump lies in its ability to connect to the tire while leveling this on the ground to use your whole body weight. I was very skeptical when I read this could reach 100+ psi, because on the box/label of all the past hand/frame pumps I've tried it said the same. "Capable of reaching 120 PSI..." something to that effect, keyword there is capable. When I first got the Road Morph G (g stands for gauge, took me a while to figure it out b/c no where on Topeak's site does it differentiate), I tested it out on my 700x23 road tire by deflating it and pumping it back up. After about 50-60 pumps or so, as it doesn't get very hard until it reaches 70psi on the little gauge, I can tell this pump is different. I consider myself above average strength for my weight, but it really shouldn't matter if you use your one arm and bending your knees properly to use your body weight to push down. As other testers have said, the flip out foot stand feels very flimsy and I wouldn't be surprised if that broke one day, however, it works very well so far. It does get considerably harder after it hits 90psi according to the hose gauge, and I kept going 'til it was between 100 and 120 on the reading, skeptical of the reading I plugged in my floor pump and it read 105psi. Wow, I was impressed. I didn't find the lack of instructions a set back, mainly b/c I have prior exposure to it. I can see how it would confuse most beginners, especially the part about switching b/t presta and schradder valves, seasoned veterans need not worry as it's no different from any other pump. The mounting brackets was not as flexible as Topeak's other pumps, as it does not offer a mount with your bottle cage (your bottle cage and the pump takes one mount, so you still get 2 bottle storage). I just used the velcro straps and mounted it on the top tube, so far, so good. The first time I had to use this, I was about 10 miles in on a Saturday morning ride, and had a leak in my front tire. Other times before, the pumps were only good as a 'get me home' pump, with the Topeak Morph, it's in a class of its own, it's a 'let's keep going harder' pump. This will be on the frame of all future road bikes I own, when I go mountain, you can count on that the mountain morph will be the top choice. Hope this helps!

I have been cycling for about five months now and this is the pump for me. I realize I haven't tried that many different pumps, but I am incredibly happy with this pump. I am on a very strict budget (terrible for a cyclist), and as a result, this is the only pump I have. I don't have a floor pump for a presta valve, this pump does it every time, and i have yet to complain. The price is very competitive, it looks good, the quality of construction leaves nothing for want. the only problem is that there is no manual. i had to google the pump once i got it to figure out how to use it on my friend's schrader valve tube. still a great buy

It is clearly shown on the back of the box how to convert to Schraeder or Presta valve and it is very simple!

I purchased this pump a little over a year ago. Since then I have used it on AT LEAST one tire a day. Many times I would go through my entire fleet and air all the tires up within the same hour. The pump gets warm, but not hot like some pumps do. This pump has held up great. My last mini pump had issues getting over 90 pounds into a tire and the foot rest broke off the first time I used it. This pump will put well over 90 pounds in and the foot rest is still as good as new. Very durable pump. It works flawlessly on both types of valves. Takes less than 20 seconds to change to the opposite style of valve. It fits both valves snugly and securely. I keep this pump attached to my commuter at all times and it has never bounced out of its bracket. It's light weight, so I don't even notice it being there. The only negative I have is that on rare occasions the pressure gauge will stick until you put another 5 pounds or so in. This is a minor inconvenience at most, so it doesn't affect my 5 star rating. Over all, this is an amazing pump. So amazing that I ordered 2 more today. You can't go wrong with this pump.

Before use, the tip of this pump must be configured for one of 2 types of bicycle tire valves, the Presta valve or the Schrader valve. The Schrader valve is used on many ordinary, everyday bicycles and it is just like the valve on an automobile tire. Like the reviewers above, I tried to assemble the pump but ended up having to call the manufacturer's customer service center to discover that parts were missing. The parts were sent and I assembled the pump as directed with customer service on the line. The pump is useless for Schrader valves. The metal collar of the pump tip is just narrow enough that it keeps it from fitting properly over the top of the valve stem and will not allow it to go deeply enough to push in the pin and allow air into the tire. As if that is not bad enough, it doesn't want to let go of the valve stem either and I nearly broke both the pump and valve getting it off. Maybe it works in Presta valves, I don't know.

Average Rating:

Razor A5 Lux Scooter Razor A5 Lux Scooter

Reviews

This scooter attracts the stares of students on campus, which is very nice. But this scooter is also very nice to ride and to get to class. I have cut my 10 minute walks down to 3 minute rides. The ride is bumpy, but that's to be expected. The 200 mm wheels take a lot of things, but they don't take a one inch differential in height in the road, and multiple steps are a bit iffy for me to jump off of on this. I'm 5 10, and about 190 pounds with at least 10 pounds of backpack on me. On campus, I go off of one step curbs, go across fairly bumpy asphalt roads, sidewalks that have uneven/abnormal cracks. You cannot fully get 2 feet on this, but you can somewhat if you do it like the guy in the picture on this page. That's easy to jump into position for. I don't use the brake in order to prolong the life of the wheel. Rather, I just stop with my foot over a distance, or I jump off. When you have 2 feet on it, it's great to carve down hills on. I fold this baby up and put it under a desk or against the wall in class, so that's great. The folding mech is easy to use, though I had some problems with it and needed to call customer service to get help. WHICH, btw, is very good. The customer service is excellent. I also followed up on one of the other reviews here on Amazon about getting a second set of wheels by complaining about the wheel not being straight. But I had a few problems with the front wheel: it didn't spin straight and it made a funny scratching noise when it had a load and when riding on it. I think it is a problem with the bearing, but Razor is sending some wheels and bearings. Sweet deal! Great customer service.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 29 year old partner. Christmas morning we were taking turns riding it because it was so fun! It works wonderful and can support a lot of weight. She rides it to and from school/work everyday and it has had no problems. I love it so much that I think I might buy one for myself.

My grandson saw the "spark" scooter which was way high up on his Christmas list. While he is 12, his weight is 175 which exceeded the weight limit on that item. I looked for a scooter that would keep his weight limit in mind and found the Razor A5 Lux Scooter. He loves it. He has had races with his adult uncles because it fits their weight limit too, and has found that it will go thru the snow because of the bigger wheels. We like it.

Santa brought my 9 yr old this scooter. He made a great choice. The larger wheels absorb the bumps and it is strong enough to hold me. I ride it when the kids are out as well. It's lots of fun. Spend the [...] or so over the smaller models and get this one. It's worth it.

I bought this for my granddaughter who will be 7 in April. She has not gotten it yet.It was a great price through Amazon.com. Saved alot of money buying it then.Waiting for April might not have found it.

Allen Deluxe 2-Bike Trunk Mount Rack Allen Deluxe 2-Bike Trunk Mount Rack

i own a scion tc hatchback. The top straps have to be somewhat long to secure this bike rack CORRECTLY to my vehicle. The straps are TO SHORT, making the rack fit with the holding bars to high in the air, or no leaving anogh strap left over to tie the necessary knot at the adjustment clips. Yet my car is on the fitment list. but overall well built rack, please imoprove your list

I WAS SCARED THIS RACK WOULD NOT FIT MY CAR OR THE BIKES I WANTED TO PUT ON IT, BUT IT DID. I HAVE A MOUNTAIN BIKE AND MY SON HAS A STREET BIKE BOTH FIT GREAT. IM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT.

This was pretty easy to figure out and mount on the back of my 2001 Volvo s80 I drove from California to South Carolina and it worked great. I did only have 1 bike on it though, and I wove the bike lock through the tires and to the rack to help secure the bike more.

The design is simple and that usually responds to relaibility. It provides a secure fit. We have folding bicycles for which we were prepared to have difficulties because of their conformation. No problem. Very pleased and would highly recommend this product. Very competitively priced.

I use this rack on a 2000 VW beetle with a spoiler. Figuring out how to use it was easy, the only thing is that on the beetle you can only hook the bottom strap to the bottom lip of the trunk forcing you to mount the rack a bit high. Mounting the rack high puts it at a high angle and the bike closest to the car will touch the back window with a peddle. I just wrap that peddle with a small towel and secure it with a small bungee. Another small gripe is that rack wobbles a little no matter how tight the straps. I am not sure if this is due to the shape of the car or the fact that there are only three straps. Could be both I guess. I would also recommend the cross-bar adapter if you have a women's bike or any other irregular framed bike. It really makes a difference on the stability of the rack. Overall good rack for getting around town with two bikes.

I plan to mount these on a long 2X4 which I'll clamp to my truck bed so I don't have to drill into the truck. I have not used them yet but they appear solid and well built.

This rack system is simple, but gives you flexibility. It worked great for me because I already have a hitch mounted cargo carrier. All I had to do to make it a bike rack was to drill these T970 Fork blocks to it. I bought two. Holds my bike and my wife's bike very securely. I would highly recommend this product.

I HAVE 2005 TOCOMA TRUCK AND ATTACHED THESE FORK MOUNT TO THE RAIL USING THE STANDARD TIE DOWN ACCESSORY THAT CAME WITH THE TRUCK WHEN I PURCHASE IT, ONCE I BOLTED THE MOUNT TO ACCESSORY USING TWO BOLTS THEN ATTACHED/PLACED IT INTO THE TRUCKS RAIL (OLAY) IT WORKED LIKE A CHARM, THE BIKE FITTED VERY EASY INTO THE MOUNT AND HOLDS VERY NICELY/TIGHLY. (WORKS GREAT)!

I can transport 5 bikes with 5 of these attached to the tool box in the back of my truck. They work very well and would buy more if I needed them.

I bought 6 of these racks for a trip with several heavy and lite bikes. They works flawlessly and we had no issues at any time. Don't spend double the price on essentially the same product, save the money and go with this product.

The Saris Bones is a good bike rack. I'm sure other racks fit bikes much more easily than this one, but this rack is perfect for my car with a trunk spoiler. Mountain bike fits pretty snug and it is a squeeze but it gets the job done. Road bike fits much better.

great looking rack. folds up small enough to keep in the trunk. HOWEVER, it only works well for straight top tubes and pretty much eliminates anything except road bikes. top tube adapters do not work well with this rack. Does not work well with over-sized tubed bikes. Large tubes simply do not fit into the slots.

I was introduced to the Saris Bones Bicycle through Saris's Website, never seen one in real life, until I received it. The Video Saris has on their website sold me. My car has a rear spoiler and the Saris rack fits perfect. Fabulous Product !!Saris Bones 801 3-Bike Trunk Mount Rack

I love everything about the Saris Bones--especially the bright red that matches my car!--except the metal clamps that clip onto the trunk at 6 points. There's bound to be a better way to keep them from scratching the paint than my solution of wrapping them in Saran Wrap. Otherwise, it's easy to mount, holds the bikes securely, and did i mention it matches my car perfectly?

This was our first bike rack - we chose it based on customer reviews and the reputation of Saris. I liked it before we put it on the car - it's solid and the strap system is very secure. Mounting the rack onto the car was very straightforward. But... it took forever to get all 3 bikes on! The mounts are so close together that pedals were jamming into wheels, handlebars were jamming into seats, etc. One of our bikes is a child bike - if it weren't, I'm not convinced that we would have been able to mount all three. I suspect that this is a common problem. It would have been helpful if the mounting instructions included some tips for positioning things. We also dented the back of the trunk door the first time we used the rack. Since then, we've positioned it lower so it pushes on the fender, and have not had any trouble. But again, a note about this in the instructions would have been nice.

Shimano SPD Cleat Sets Shimano SPD Cleat Sets

Reviews

These don't work on European cycling shoes, they are SPD so make sure you're shoes are too before you buy. They only work with SPD shoes. Beware.

I purchased a road bike with clipless pedals but did not have the proper cleats for my bike shoes. I went to a local bike shop and found a set for $30. I was able to purchase the identical item on Amazon for about $17 including shipping. The description on Amazon was right on, the delivery on time. The cleats work perfectly. What more could you ask for? Needless to say, I am very satisfied and would recommend Amazon and this merchant to anyone. Thank you.

Why buy knockoffs when you can buy Shimano brand name cleats! Great price from a great seller - super fast delivery. AAA+++ Seller.

Make sure you're ordering exactly what you need. The company only gives you 30 days to make returns, but they require you to have a return customer number that you're supposed to email to get. (????)I emailed them and have yet to hear back from them. It's been over 30 days now.

I bought these cleats to replace the silver multi-release ones that came with my pedals. These cleats have been much better- they hold on tighter, and do not wobble like the multi ones did. They may be a little tougher to get out, but not enough so that I've noticed a big difference. They just feel much more secure, and they don't pop out when lifting on the pedals or bunny hopping, as the multi ones sometimes did. My suggestion would be to go for these if you're mountain biking and need solid stability with your cleats. If you're road biking, the multi ones might be nice because they seem to be a little more forgiving with releases, but they don't feel as secure when standing, etc.

If you've bent a cleat, lost a cleat, or ground them down to nubs that couldn't hold an empty shoe let alone your entire leg, you need a new set of Shimano SPD Cleats. Shimano actually recommends replacing cleats yearly to maintain consistent pedal release and retention...

Bridgedale Xhale Cool Lo Socks Bridgedale Xhale Cool Lo Socks

These socks fit snug (though not super tight). The natural texture allows the sock to mate well with the sole of a running shoe and actually creates enough low key friction to prevent the foot from slipping around. The socks appear to wick well and are not excessively damp after a long run. I would say the top point is that it grips the contours of the foot very well and show no slippage towards the toes even after an hour of running.

Bridgedale's X-Hale Cool Lo Sock is made for the demanding athlete. Light mesh surrounds the foot permitting air to circulate. During intense activity, impact pads under the heel, ball, and toes provide next-to-skin comfort while WoolFusion construction helps drive moisture away from the foot...

CamelBak BPA-Free Better Bottle with Bite Valve CamelBak BPA-Free Better Bottle with Bite Valve

Reviews

I've owned this bottle for a couple months now and I have no complaints. Well, strike that, I have one complaint: the cap has been known to leak unless you close it with a very precise amount of torque - which you will learn in time. I've heard that some people have had problems with mold growing inside the bite valve but I haven't experienced that, and to be honest, I haven't cleaned it since the day I started using it. I purchased an extra bite valve (which also came with 3 extra straws), just in case, but I don't think I'll need it for a very long time. Otherwise, the water flows well, it's fairly durable (I've dropped it dozens of times) and attractive, and the water tastes only of water, not plastic. I'm happy with my purchase.

Even though my wife didn't understand the "bite-valve" concept and took it off to drink, it just popped back on and works fine. Great bottle.

The straw was atained a bright yellow AFTER JUST ONE USE, drinking gatorade out of it. Washing it didn't remove it. Maybe they should make the straw black next time. Also, the straw doesn't stay in place well. This bottle is not good.

One of the primary reasons I purchased this particular product was that the picture online showed a bottle shape (in this color) which appeared tapered to fit into a cup holder. When the product arrived, it was not the specific shape I had been hoping to receive. However, there was never really a place to select the desired shape -- only the color and size. So, I relied on the picture, took my chance, and lost. Love the CamelBak bite valve, love the 1 Litre capacity, love the measuring gauge on the side of the bottle (something you can't really see in any photo).

After finding out about the whole BPA thing, I started replacing all my old bottles. Like the metal bottles, but missed the bright colors, which let me keep my bottle separate from the bottles of everybody else. This solved the problem with a nice, bright BPA-Free bottle that I could easily distinguish from others with an easy-to-use cap. No more spilling or dribbling water down my shirt when I'm on the treadmill.

Polar Insulated Water Bottle Polar Insulated Water Bottle

Reviews

This is a nice-sized plastic insulated water bottle. Washes well in the dishwasher and seems sturdy. The bottle gets knocked around a lot (gym bag, car, pool) and seems to be holding up well. We still have our green one...too bad we lost the pink one.

This bottle is a great buy. It keeps beverages really nice and cold on those long hot mountain climbs in SO CAl!

Got a silver one on Amazon 3 months ago. I didnt expect it to keep the water cold but the bottle has a distinct smell that never went away... even after 3 months of use.

I got 2 of these primarily for my wife who drank a lot of bottled water in the past. Being BPA free is a big deal since a lot a plastic bottles have the substance in them. We tried the Kleen Kanteen which was good for awhile but it started acquiring a metal taste after much use. I thought i'd give these bottles a try and so far so good. We'll see how good they are after more usage though.

Not much to say here. Do you need a nice water bottle? If so, buy this one. It is made well and when I purchased mine, it was a good price. Drink up.

CamelBak BPA-Free Better Bottle with Classic Cap CamelBak BPA-Free Better Bottle with Classic Cap

Reviews

The 0.75L Camelbak bottle is very convenient in size and comfortable to hold. It is BPA free. I would recommend this bottle to anyone. I own 4 of them in various colors.

This Camelbak is just a basic plastic bottle, it tapers to be slightly thinner towards the opening, which is not quite as wide as the cap suggests. It's not particularly thick walled, and does inspire the feeling that I might accidentally crack it if dropped from a high surface as i roll it in my hands and flex against the plastic walls with my thumbs. The opening is also a bit smaller than a nalgene, and it is "wide mouthed." About two and a half inches in diameter. The cap is probably the most durable part of the bottle, double walled and reinforced to hold up the weight of the bottle's contents from a carabiner. It fits in a car cup holder, it does have that over a Nalgene.

This is a great size but the drink opening is too large. Easily dumps on the front of you.

This bottle has been a great upgrade from my retired one which I used everyday for a few months. There are no weird tastes such as the ones I experienced with my old bottle, and the material is much stronger. The cap is excellent and does not leak at all. The handle makes carrying much easier. I also enjoy the clear design as I can see how much water I have left.

Barely used it, I don't know what the problem is, but it LEAKS! I put it in my bag, and it just ruined every paper I had!
