These weights are as described. A non-vinyl finish would be more comfortable, but they serve their intended purpose.

Not much to say about this one. It is a weight as described. The vinyl coating seems to be holding up well and is easy on the hands. Good choice if this is what you are looking for.

This product was a gift and the recipient loves it. However, be careful when reading the description as it sometimes speaks in plural. I thought I was buying 2 and it's only 1. So read carefully!

I didn't like it. It only came with one bell not a set. I returned it.

Best Fitness BFFID10 FID Bench Best Fitness BFFID10 FID Bench

Reviews

I have used this bench for about a month now and couldn't be happier. I'm 5'11'' and don't have a problem using it, although my friend who is 6'2'' feels a little uncomforable when lying flat. I live in a manhattan studio apartment and store the bench between my bed and dressor which is saving me $87 dollars a month on a gym membership. It just makes sense.

The bench is ok for what I need it for. I would have liked it a bit better if it was a little longer. Overall though not bad!

I purchased this bench from Sam's Club online (their price was lower than any other I could find, and basically included a year's membership for what all other sites sell the bench for). For a ~100 dollar purchase, I've been thorougly impressed. The bench is very solid construction and high quality. The cushioning of the bench is comfortable, durable and with high quality stitching. It adjusts and folds up with ease and comes fully assembled! There literally is NO assembly unless you want to bolt the adjusting legs of the bench into a permanent position (which defeats the purpose of its portability). I've read some other complaints about the size of the bench-- I'm 5'11" and 185 lbs and have no problem at all with it. It's plenty long and wide, I would think anyone up to about 6'2" and 300 lbs or so could use this bench. The only negative about the bench is that when you're in the decline position, it's difficult to maintain balance because there is nothing to hold your legs into place. Therefore you can't use too heavy of weights in a decline position, as you may find yourself sliding down. But for the price point and quality, I still give this one 5 stars. Kudos to Best Fitness for this product!

Like other reviewers, this is a good bench for the price but it has some limitations. If you're tall (I'm 6'1") you will find this a little short at times. I had limited space and it is not a big problem with most dumbbell routines I was using it for. But you will find yourself having to adjust your body to keep centered as you go through a workout. Also, because of the short length of the bench you won't be able to do some ab routines that use an incline bench. So as you expand your workouts/routines you may want to invest in something else. But, you are looking for a good, reasonable priced, incline/decline bench to do most weight lifting exercises using dumbbells this the way to go.

Very, very heavy and sturdy. Adjustment is a breeze. Includes spring-loaded pins and bolts for adjustment allowing you to permanently fix the legs if you want. Very little assembly, and what there was had great instructions. For the price, I don't think there is a better, more versatile bench. However, it is almost impossible to get it to lie completely flat. All positions are either inclined slightly or declined slightly. The product picture is a good example. Set up like this, if you lay the back down flat, it is slightly declined. If you put the support on the first notch, it is slightly inclined. I have yet to be able to get it completely flat.

I was looking for a basic bench for my garage/exercise room. It was either this one or a more expensive, "gym-quality" bench. Basically I simply wanted a strong, stable, bench for bench press. When I saw the OB10, I was excited to think that I could get a folding bench and not compromise as much of my garage/exercise room floor space. My big fear was that at this price (sub $160), and because it folds, it would not be stable. Alas, no worries. It is plenty stable for me (6'0 185 lbs) and the amount of weight I plan to use (~225lbs). Took about 45 minutes to put together. Very straight forward. Folding is very easy. As a mid-width bench, as expected, wide-grip benching is not possible. But everything else is, and I can get the same workout on this bench that I do at the gym. Excellent product. Perfect for a home gym where space is a premium.

Bench is working well for me. Put together in a hour or so, wasn't that difficult. Solid construction. No Decline. Needs a 6' bar (I had an old 5'). I'm 6 2".

The bench is better than advertised. Assembly was easy all parts fit and it took about 45 to inbox and complete the setup. Does exactly what I want it to do,

Delivered with courtesy and no problems, on time. This bench is a good choice for small space - folds up easily. For Home use, will handle the weight needed for a good solid work out. It was easy to put together - just took a little time - no parts missing.

i received the BFOB10 in great condition in just over a week from when i ordered it, i was happy about that... when i put it together, it took me a lil longer than some other reviewers (about 1 1/2 hours), but it was pretty easy... all the tools and bolts that are needed to build the bench is included in the package, so don't worry about not having the proper tools... when i finished it, the bench felt sturdy (i'm about 250 lbs)... there are only a few things i didn't like about the bench... 1st, the issue people having about the gap between the seat and back pad is true... it's just a lil too far apart to do a comfortable flat bench press... however, it's not an issue when doing incline bench presses, leg extensions, or hamstring curls.... this leads me to my 2nd issue, there are 3 incline settings available... but ideally, you'd like to know what the angles (degrees) of all 3 positions are, but nowhere on the machine or manual does it say what the angles are... so that's a lil disappointing... other than that, the bench is a great product, i'd recommend it to anyone looking to get in better shape and gaining muscle... love your body.

Average Rating:

The space-efficient BFOB10 folding Olympic bench is an all-in-one free weight center that delivers a total body workout with room to grow. The bench makes it easy to perform bench presses, incline presses, leg extension, leg curls, and much more...
